They investigate a sexual assault after chemical submission on Mount Ezkaba

The Navarra Police are investigating an alleged sexual assault that occurred in the early hours of Monday morning on Mount Ezkaba. A woman has denounced having been a victim of chemical submission and a man has been arrested for the facts.

Sources of the foral police confirmed to Efe that the woman said she had suffered a sexual aggression under the effects of some substance that annulled her will.

According to Noticias de Navarra, the woman was wearing bridles or handcuffs and managed to escape and ask for help. The agents reportedly transferred her to the University Hospital of Navarra to be subjected to an examination and collection of samples.

The agents arrested a man shortly afterwards as the alleged perpetrator of the events and he is expected to be brought to court in the next few hours.
