Ayuso's express plan: investiture and government formed for the last week of June
For the first time, Isabel Díaz Ayuso will face an investiture and a formation of the Government without external interference. The plans of the regional president and her team are for both processes to be carried out “as soon as possible” and not to delay the deadlines. An express process that, according to popular sources consulted, should be resolved, at the latest, in the last week of June to start directly with political action and for the Community of Madrid to have Budgets in September.
The first stop in this process will be on Tuesday, June 13, because that day the Assembly will be constituted, where the PP will have an absolute majority, will dominate the Board and will decide who will serve as president of the Chamber.. Various sources point to the current vice president and Minister of Education, Enrique Ossorio, as the designated. However, although that seems the most feasible option, it is not 100% closed.
Once the Chamber is constituted, the following week, after the formation of the town halls on the 17th, the investiture debate of the president will proceed in the Assembly. Although the exact dates have not yet been established, the two sessions will be spread over Tuesday the 20th, Wednesday the 21st and Thursday the 22nd.. Two of those three days will be chosen for the president to be invested again. And at the end of that same week or at the latest the beginning of the following week, Isabel Díaz Ayuso will take office at Puerta del Sol to lead the regional government.
The following day or a maximum of two days later, according to the sources consulted, will be when the regional leader lists the names that will make up her Cabinet. An Executive that will remain with a number of directors similar to the current one and that will undergo a profound renewal as Ayuso herself has been warning for months. In fact, the probability that none of the current charges repeat is on the table at Puerta del Sol, with the head of the Environment, Paloma Martín, and the head of the Treasury, Javier Fernández-Lasquetty, who have the possibility of staying in their posts.
