Free and discounted travel for young people in Europe: how to apply and when to catch the train or bus

According to the requirements published in the Official State Gazette (BOE), young people must meet the following conditions to obtain discounts on public transport between June and September 2023:
- Being born between January 1, 1993 and December 31, 2005
- Have Spanish nationality or a member country of the European Union with legal residence in Spain
When to apply for the discount
Requesting this advantage is very simple. You must register in the form on the website of the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda to confirm that you meet the requirements.
