The Local Police of Palma have arrested a 48-year-old woman who was carrying a live goose in a plastic bag while driving an electric scooter on an unauthorized road.
As reported by the Palma City Council in a press release this Friday, local police officers were patrolling last Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. on Calle Llucmajor when they observed a woman driving an electric scooter on the road in direction Es Molinar.
The agents asked the woman to stop in order to proceed to denounce her administratively for driving on an unauthorized route, although the user ignored the order and shouted that she was not going to stop..

The woman began to utter all kinds of insults against the police officers, while trying to flee. At one point, the woman pounced on one of the agents, digging her nails into his forearm and spitting at him.. He kicked another of the officers and also spit on him on several occasions.
Based on what happened, the local police proceeded to arrest the woman. It should be noted that the detainee was denounced administratively for driving an electric scooter through an unauthorized route, as well as for contempt for the agents. In addition, one of them required medical assistance for the injuries suffered, diagnosed as minor injuries. For their part, personnel from the Son Reus Animal Welfare Center took care of the goose.
