Prison for two detainees for indoctrinating minors and young people into jihadism

The judge of the National Court who is on duty this week, María Tardón, has sent to prison two men arrested two days ago in Benavente (Zamora) and Valencia, respectively, for jihadist indoctrination of young people and minors ” massive”.

The arrests have taken place within the framework of previous proceedings that remain secret and that began in November 2002 in the Central Court of Instruction 6 of the National Court through a report from the Civil Guard on communications intervention, they have reported to EFE legal sources. and Hugo CM, have been placed this Friday at the disposal of the duty judge, who has ordered their entry into provisional prison at the request of the Prosecutor's Office of the National Court for crimes of active indoctrination and recruitment of young people and minors.

The magistrate has adopted this decision taking into account the risk of escape, concealment of sources of evidence and the risk of committing other criminal acts. The operation was carried out on August 2 with entries and searches in the homes of the detainees.
