It cannot be a coincidence, and it is not, that some of the best results obtained by the PSOE have been precisely in Catalonia, the Basque Country and Navarra. The National Police have arrested a 28-year-old man accused of dragging an off-duty agent on the hood of a stolen car who stopped him after a collision with his vehicle on the M-40, an event after which he fled, which ended when he was arrested in the Madrid district of Retiro.
