Abascal denounces Page's "calculated differences" with Sánchez: "He is complicit in his policies"
The leader of Vox, Santiago Abascal, has denounced this Saturday from Guadalajara the “calculated differences” of the president of Castilla-La Mancha, Emilio García-Page, with that of the Government, Pedro Sánchez. “He is nothing more than an accomplice to his policies,” he has warned voters.
Abascal has participated this Saturday in the first of the four electoral acts that in just one week he will star in Castilla-La Mancha, with the aim of scratching the votes that allow them to add a majority with the PP to unseat García-Page from the regional Board .
In this context, before around a thousand people in the center of Guadalajara, he has warned against the “calculated differences” of García-Page with the head of the Executive, Pedro Sánchez. “Here is a man who lives by pretending that he is not like the other, he makes some things bother him,” he denounced.
However, he has claimed that “he is nothing more than an accomplice” of Sánchez's policies, “absolutely complicit in everything that is happening in Spain and in Castilla-La Mancha”. And he has pointed out directly as an “accomplice” of the pacts of the socialists with Bildu, of the “surrender to Morocco and the purchase of votes in Melilla”, of the consequences of the law of only yes is yes and of the “ruin of the field”.
What's more, he has encouraged Page to break with Sánchez or found another party if he “is so in disagreement” with his policies. “Enough of the lies and cheating,” he asked, “tired” of “hearing one thing said in one place and another in another.”
However, he has warned that this attitude is not only held by the Castilian-Manchego president, but has also included the Popular Party in it, accusing them of saying different things depending on the territory.
“Now they release Ayuso who says that Bildu must be outlawed and everyone is happy”, he denounced, also giving as an example different opinions on the 2030 Agenda or the countryside. “We are tired and we are going to point out that they are responsible for systematically deceiving their voters,” he warned.
In addition, he has accused the leader of the popular, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, of “agreeing” with “all” Sánchez's policies and has warned that “this policy of lies” only serves “for the left to perpetuate itself in power, destroy democracy, the separation of powers, trample on freedoms and destroy concord”.
“The left must be fought, not as others do,” Abascal proclaimed, calling on Vox to achieve “important” representation in the elections on the 28th throughout Spain, “especially in Castilla-La Mancha”, to “throw out to the left of power”. “For a simple relief, the Popular Party is already there, what we have to do is change everything,” he encouraged.
As he recalled, five years ago they said it was “impossible”, but today Vox is the third political force in Congress, and “very soon the first”, thanks to “raising the flag of truth and common sense”.
