The driver of the vehicle that was traveling with a baby and two other people that collided with several cars parked on a street in Petrer (Alicante) after hitting a container and that was recorded in a video that went viral on social networks and widely disseminated in media, has been arrested by the National Police.
This 34-year-old man was arrested this Monday accused of the crimes of injury, damage and against road safety for, allegedly, being the driver of the tourism in which, along with the 19-month-old baby, were two more people, among them, the mother of the little one.

Both this woman and the baby were slightly injured despite “the brutality of the accident”, which caused material damage, according to the Police, who have indicated that the origin of the events could be “old disagreements between families” and that the arrested will go to court in the next few hours.
