The president of the Ourense Provincial Council, from the Popular Party, Manuel Baltar, has finally declared, electronically, late this Thursday morning in a speedy trial where he has not satisfied with the sentence requested by the Public Prosecutor, for which he will be tried on May 31.

In the speedy trial, the also president of the PP Ourense has not been satisfied with the indictment or with the sentence requested by the Public Prosecutor's Office, for which reason it has not been possible to pronounce a sentence in accordance. The court of the Zamora town of Puebla de Sanabria will send the procedure to the Criminal Court of Zamora for trial on May 31 at 10:00 a.m..

At 11 a.m. this Thursday, the TSJCyL reported the possibility of imposing the corresponding sanctions after Baltar was called to testify today, electronically or in person, starting at 9:00 a.m. before the Court of First Instance of Puebla de Sanabria, which at that time had not occurred.
