SPAIN / By Cruz Ramiro

The Community of Madrid suburban network is suffering a Thursday afternoon of delays due to an incident at the Adif Centralized Traffic Center. The company has communicated at 5:45 p.m. that the problem has been resolved and that the long delays will gradually dissolve.

At around 4:03 p.m., the order was given “pending resolution” for the trains to stop at stations. Adif initially informed, around 1:30 p.m., of this problem that affected lines C-2, C-7 and C-8 with average delays of 10 minutes and reported that there were already personnel working to solve it “as soon as possible”..

At 7:10 p.m., Cercanías Madrid, on its Twitter account, reported that the trains continued to run late due to the incident that occurred previously, causing prolonged detentions in Atocha and Chamartín.
