This Thursday night the electoral campaign of the political parties will begin for the next regional and municipal elections that will be held on May 28.
The Popular Party, led by Alberto Núñez Feijóo, has chosen Valencia as the city for the starting gun. The celebration of the start of the campaign is scheduled for 9:30 p.m. at the headquarters of the local formation.
Hours before the start of the campaign, the president of the PP has sent a message through his social networks where he has shared some images in which several photographers are seen already prepared with their cameras to take the first snapshots of the electoral campaign.
These machines are ready to tour Spain trying to find our best image.
Cheer up to the rest of my colleagues, to the workers of all parties and to those of the media, who are going to spend the next 15 days of the campaign.

He did it with a nod to the singer David Bisbal and his famous and viral greeting to some followers during the Los 40 Primavera Pop gala. “These machines are ready to tour Spain trying to find our best image,” says Feijóo in his tweet.
Likewise, the president wanted to encourage “the rest of my colleagues, the workers of all parties and those of the media”, for the two weeks of the campaign. “Eager to start!”, he concludes, hopefully.
First act of campaign
At the dinner program for 9:30 p.m., Feijóo will be accompanied by the Deputy Secretary for Institutional Action of the PP and MEP, Esteban González Pons, and the PP candidates for the Generalitat and the Valencia City Council, Carlos Mazón and María José Catalá, respectively.
Precisely, the president of the PP has already met with both candidates in a first act that was held this Thursday morning in the Zeus building in La Marina.
