The CGPJ agrees to the re-entry into the judicial career of the former Madrid counselor Enrique López

The General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ) has agreed this Thursday the return to active service in the judicial career of the former Minister of the Interior and Justice of the Community of Madrid and magistrate Enrique López after he requested his return to the National Court.

As reported by the governing body of the judges, the decision has been adopted by the Permanent Commission, and that López is assigned to the Appeals Chamber of the National Court with effect from June 16, 2023. The Appeal Chamber
