The number 2 in the lists of the PSOE of Albacete, Amparo Torres, could be involved in the placement of the brother of the adviser dismissed for obtaining the leak of the opposition tests to the Police. The brother would have been chosen as a teacher in a course of the socialist City Council of Férez, a town in the province. “His brother has been helped to occupy a position as a student in a course in a similar City Council,” explains the interlocutor who warned Emilio Sáez, mayor and candidate for the municipal elections on 28-M, of the alleged corruption. According to the report of the judicial experts to which this newspaper has had access, Sáez reproduced the message five minutes after receiving it on October 10, 2022.. “And later he will go on to occupy a teaching position in those courses. I told him: 'You're wrong, I'm telling you so you can delete even the Christmas cards'[…] I don't know how far you've come,” heard Sáez.
In some WhatsApp messages consulted by EL MUNDO, the name “Amparo” appears: “My brother's thing is Amparo,” writes the dismissed adviser Diana González. “Unless her internal rival is Emilio, which is not going to be, I will support her”, makes clear the close relationship between the two. Later, he points out the possibility of forming what he calls a “stretcher table”, that is, distributing a portion of the Albacete Administration among various positions.. The name of the adviser's brother appears among the eight applicants for the selection of a technician for the requalification and professional recycling program of the Férez City Council. Sáez was denounced by the union of the Local Police of Castilla-La Mancha. The order indicates that “the facts present characteristics that make us presume the possible existence of a crime of administrative prevarication”. The City Council itself has appeared in the cause.
