The presenter of 'Està passant', Toni Soler, has apologized to politicians, the media and members of the Catholic Church who have criticized the parody of the Virgen del Rocío that this TV3 program broadcast on April 4.
The journalist, without ceasing to use an ironic tone, has started the program by assuring that all the controversy that the satire has caused “can only be explained by electoralism”.
“We apologize to the president of Andalusia for accusing us of belittling the Andalusians, because it is a lie, it is irresponsible and it is demagogic,” said Soler, who added to the list of people who should apologize “the politicians here and there who have taken advantage of this to miserably collect four votes, two in the case of Ciudadanos”.

Soler has also mentioned “the Spanish press”, which he accused of spreading “repeated lies about the programme”, and the Catalan bishops who, in his opinion, should be more concerned with pedophilia than with the humor on TV3.
Finally, Soler has apologized to Christian Lawyers for denouncing the program and has joked about the possibility of citing the Virgen del Rocío as testimony for the defense.
He has also taken the opportunity to praise the “hilarious” work of the actress Judit Martín, who appeared on the program dressed as the Virgen del Rocío and joked, with a marked Andalusian accent, about her sexual life, among other topics.
The president of the Junta de Andalucía, Juanma Moreno, for his part, demanded last Monday that the directors of TV3 apologize for the “unfortunate” and “untimely” parody of the Virgen del Rocío that was broadcast on the program 'Està passant '.
In this sense, Moreno asked those responsible for TV3 to “recognize that from time to time they screw up and that this time they have screwed up” and to “openly say that they have not been lucky”. “Things must be done with respect and with a bit of tenderness,” emphasized the Andalusian president.
