Elon Musk contacts Meloni to fix the location of his fight with Zuckerberg

The tycoon Elon Musk, owner among other companies of the social network X -formerly known as Twitter-, has claimed to have maintained contacts with the Prime Minister of Italy, Giorgia Meloni, to negotiate an “epic location” for his fight with the founder of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg.

“I have spoken with the Prime Minister of Italy and with the Minister of Culture (Gennaro Sangiuliano). They have agreed on an epic location,” Musk said in a publication in which he also reported that the much-announced fight with Zuckerberg will be managed by the companies of one and the other tycoon, not by the martial arts company UFC.

“The live streaming will be on this platform and on Meta (Facebook matrix). Everything in the camera focus will be ancient Rome, so nothing modern at all (…) Everything that is done will pay respect to the past and present of Italy”, Musk has settled, ensuring that all the proceeds will go to ” the veterans”.

Both magnates challenged each other last June to a hand-to-hand fight of mixed martial arts -known as MMA for its acronym in English- and the owner of X even went so far as to propose venues such as Las Vegas or the Colosseum itself in Rome.. Zuckerberg has proposed that the bout take place on August 26.
