Russia says situation at frontline 'under control' after rumors of big Ukrainian gains

Russia assured this Friday that it has the situation in eastern and southern Ukraine “under control” by avoiding rumors on Russian social networks about advances by Ukrainian troops at various points on the front. “Statements broadcast by individual Telegram channels about 'breaks at the front' that took place at various points on the contact line do not correspond to reality,” the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.. On the other hand, the United Kingdom acknowledged yesterday that it will send long-range missiles to Ukraine.
