Fourteen months after announcing a strict confinement that lasted for months, the Argentine president, Alberto Fernández, returned to the starting point: his compatriots will begin a severe confinement starting tomorrow for nine days to try to moderate the numbers of infections and deaths from covid, which are at levels never seen.
