The FBI is investigating an alleged sexual assault at a Plainview, Texas, school in which a 6-year-old girl was forced to have sex with another student while the teacher was in class, USA Today reports.. In addition, apparently the sexual act would be recorded with an iPad from the educational center itself.

The parents of the school have been protesting in front of the school for several days, accusing them of not having known how to react in time. The event took place on April 19, however, the parents of the elementary school (Plainview South Elementary) denounced that he did not communicate properly with them at the time of the attack.

After what happened, investigators found a video of the incident taken by one of the college students on a password-protected iPad, USA Today claims.. In the video, and according to the local press, the girl would be seen resisting with all her might.

Due to the multitude of complaints against the actions of the school, in a statement they affirm that they are working hand in hand with the FBI to clarify everything that happened. “We appreciate the support of the FBI and its resources in evaluating the multitude of circumstances surrounding the incident.. Additionally, the police investigation has been forwarded to the Hale County District Attorney's Office for review,” the statement said.

In turn, classes were canceled for two days. “At this time, school will be canceled on Tuesday, May 9, 2023. We will work with TEA and DPS to determine when classes can continue,” they stated a few days ago.
