What will happen to the vaccines?

Recently, the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have worked out a joint strategy to adapt the next season’s vaccines to the most frequent variants. Thus, the next adaptations will be monovalent vaccines based on the Omicron XBB sublineage and its variants. These vaccines can be used for both boosters and first vaccinations.
